How Hypnotizable are You?
3-5: You will likely enjoy hypnosis, and find the process very
stress relieving. But, the hypnotist may have to work to get you into a deep
state of trance if you've never been hypnotized before. Since all hypnosis is
self-hypnosis, you'll have to allow the process to happen. And, like any
learned skill, the more often you try hypnosis, the easier to enter the
hypnotic state it becomes. Eventually, you too, could be an old pro at
self-hypnosis!
